Oil pulling is the practice of vigorously pushing and pulling the oil around your mouth, gums, teeth and upper throat for five to twenty minutes.
The oil may start out watery but can thicken as it picks up debris in the mouth. When you're done, spit it out into a trash can and rinse your mouth with clean water. You can follow up by brushing your teeth. Starting the day with oil pulling can help jump start your morning. How to Use
For oral use only. Take one tablespoon and swish in the mouth for 10 to 15 minutes. Dispose of solution into the trash.
We recommend using around 10ml when oil pulling. This is just under a table spoon and closer to 2 teaspoons. You will get around 24 servings with this product.
Storage
Do not expose to sunlight or high temperatures. The oil pulling solution does not have to be refrigerated if you are going to use it within a couple of months. For long-term, cold storage is recommended.
